great stay but minor detail issues

The staff were very good to. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed that felt mad really like a cloud. We appreciated having our bikes in the room, allowing us easy access whenever we wanted to explore. The mountain view was fine, and we loved relaxing on the balcony, soaking up the scenery.

Functional, beautiful rooms with whirlpool tub. Comfortable and absolutely incredible location just next door to restaurants, coffee shops and sports stores and the centre of town, could not be better.

We celebrated our pearl anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The mountain view was fine. Don't miss dining at the on-site restaurant-great food! Pro tip, stock up on groceries before you arrive, as prices can be high.

Professional and attentive staff, helpful service. Incredible rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were nice. Early check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

The location and the room size

We checked in at 4:30 only to be told our room wasnt ready and they would call us when it was. When we came back to check in no one was at the desk and we waited over 10 more min to be served. Not being able to check in till almost 6 really put a damper in our dinner plans as we had a dog with us and couldnt leave him in the car while we ate. I also wasnt impressed that if you choose to use the kitchen provided they chaged a $25.00 cleaning fee. We will ot go back to this hotel.

I loved the ambiance-it's like a warm hug! The hot tub moments were pure bliss after a day on the slopes, and the snow-capped mountain views from my room were amazing. Plus, the cozy café next door served the yummiest baked goods that kept us fueled and happy throughout our stay!

A personal highlight was grabbing coffee from the cozy lobby shop every morning before hitting the slopes with the kids and friends!

In my kids' opinion, a little more soundproofing would make it ideal for families. The noise from nearby guests can be a bit much.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very accomodating. They made the stay!

Carpets were dirty, and the check out process seemed to take a long time especially when there were several rooms checking out at the same time.
